FAQ and terms
Straight answers
How quotes, deposits, payment and warranty work. Plain and simple, so there are no surprises on either end.
Do you post prices?
No. Every guitar is different, so every job gets a quote before any work starts. Quotes are good for 30 days.
Do you build left-handed guitars?
Yes. Left-handed builds are built left-handed from the start, not a right-handed guitar flipped over.
How long will it take?
It depends on the job and what is already on the bench. You will get a timeframe with your quote.
How does a custom order work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit starts the build. The balance is due on shipping or delivery.
How can I pay?
PayPal, Venmo or cash.
What is covered by warranty?
New builds carry a 1-year warranty on parts. Repairs, modifications and used resale guitars are sold as-is.
Where are you?
Dayton, Nevada. The shop is by appointment only, and drop-offs are set up once your quote is approved.
Can I ship my guitar to you?
Yes. I take shipped-in repairs and builds. You pay shipping both ways, to the shop and back. Insure the guitar both ways; I am not responsible for carrier damage.
Do you work on acoustics and basses?
Yes. Setups, repairs, fret level and crown, and nut and saddle work on electric, acoustic and bass. I do not do partial or full refrets.
Do you sell guitars?
Yes. See the For Sale page for current listings on Reverb and Facebook Marketplace.
